Ginger-steamed Tanzanian cacao mixed with winter spice-infused cocoa butter, and decorated with sparkling brown sugar for the familiar crunch you know and love. The perfect companion for holiday spirits. The beans for this bar are from Kokoa Kamili a grower-centered organization & exporter in Tanzania. Raaka a paid $5/kg for these cocoa beans, which included the post-harvest processes and transportation to the departure port. Kokao Kamili paid their regional farmers $1.61/kg, 16% above the local market price. Full size bars are 1.8 ounces.
