Ginger-steamed Tanzanian cacao mixed with winter spice-infused cocoa butter and decorated with sparkling brown sugar. Every year we try to make each flavor a little better than before, and we’re proud to say Ginger Snap is better than ever. We let the ginger steep in the cocoa butter a little longer, so the bar has more of that warm, gentle spice that lingers on the end.
