HOW DO YOU SHIP

We ship via USPS. The post office already delivers to most neighborhoods daily, so shipping via USPS reduces carbon emissions from extra trips.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE ITEMS

We ship orders in USPS in recycled boxes and envelopes or Eco Enclose mailers that are made with 100% post consumer recycled content and often have their own vegan adhesive included, which reduces our tape usage. Our tape and shipping labels are 100% recyclable and compostable and made with vegan adhesive by EcoEnclose, but we encourage you to reuse before you recycle or rot. Breakable items will be wrapped in junk mail or shipping paper rescued from local businesses.  If we've recycled a box or envelope for your order, it may have tape on it from it's prior use.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE

Orders will arrive in 4-10 business days, depending on holidays and weather conditions. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders of high value or vintage items, we recommend purchasing Priority Mail International, opposed to First Class International, for package insurance, replacement eligibility, and tracking.
