I checked out but forgot to add something to the cart, what do I do? Email us at info@coyotesupplyco.com & we'll figure out the best way to get you everything you wanted with an updated shipping cost.
Do you ship plastic-free? Yes absolutely! All of our packaging is 100% plastic free, vegan, and recycled. If you receive packing peanuts in your order, they're cornstarch based & can be composted or dissolved in water. Sometimes USPS will add tape or labels to packages that may not be plastic-free, please remove these items before recycling or composting.
Why do you only ship with USPS? Other shipping carriers contribute to political campaigns that do not align with our mission to create a safe space for LGBTQIA+ BIPOC witches and allies to shop.
When will my package arrive? That depends on what day, time, & season you place your order & what else is going on in the world of the USPS. We take packages to the post office Wednesday-Monday, and most items have a tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number if applicable when we drop your item off. If your item is a small First Class package, it will not have a tracking number but you may contact us at info@coyotesupplyco.com if you're worried and we can give you an ETA. We're usually pretty quick to ship, but please allow up to 4 business days for us to update your order's status. It's just 2 of us & a cat most of the time, we appreciate your patience.
