This Raaka Green Tea Crunch Chocolate bar reminds us of a grown up version of those crunch bars you used to get while trick-or-treating. The treat here is luscious dark chocolate and little crispy bits of quinoa, & the trick is the green tea that sneaks up on you after the last bite. The beans for this bar are from Reserva Zorzal in the Dominican Republic. Raaka a paid $6.40/kg for these cocoa beans, which is 45% above Fair Trade prices. Full size bars are 1.8 ounces.
